Artexture Studio
Every Artexture Studio portrait is individually hand-drawn and carefully prepared for delivery.
Each artwork is professionally packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Production
Every portrait is created to order.
Production begins only after:
- Your order has been placed
- Full payment has been received
- Your reference photographs have been reviewed
- Artwork Reference Approval has been completed
As every artwork is individually created by hand, production times will vary depending on the size and complexity of the commission and current studio workload.
Estimated completion times will be provided during the commission process.
Australian Shipping
All artwork is securely packaged using protective flat-pack packaging designed specifically for original artwork.

Local Collection
Clients are welcome to collect completed artwork by prior arrangement.

Once your artwork is complete, Artexture Studio will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.
There is no charge for local collection.
International Shipping
Artexture Studio welcomes commissions from clients around the world.
International shipping is available upon request.
As shipping costs vary between countries and are influenced by artwork size, packaging requirements, courier services and destination, international shipping is quoted individually for each commission.
Shipping costs may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Delivery location
- Artwork size (A4, A3 or A2)
- Protective packaging requirements
- Courier availability and current international freight rates
An individual shipping quotation will be provided before your artwork is dispatched.
Please note that international customers may also be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by their country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping quotation unless otherwise stated.
If you are located outside Australia and would like to commission a portrait, please contact Artexture Studio prior to placing your order. We will be pleased to provide a personalised shipping quotation and estimated delivery timeframe for your location.
Packaging

Packaging methods may vary depending on artwork size and destination.
Every effort is made to ensure artwork arrives in excellent condition.
Delivery
Tracking information will be supplied where available once your artwork has been dispatched.
Delivery times are dependent on the selected courier and destination.
While Artexture Studio will make every effort to dispatch artwork promptly upon completion, delivery timeframes are outside the control of the studio.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
If your artwork arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact Artexture Studio as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)
- Photographs of the artwork (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
Artexture Studio will work with the shipping provider to determine the most appropriate resolution.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase.
Artexture Studio cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied during checkout.
